Eden Rift Vineyards | Joselle & Meredith

Joselle and Meredith wanted their wedding to be about one thing above all: the experience. Bringing their most loved people together for a beautiful exchange of vows, incredible estate-grown wine, and an elevated dinner right in the vines. The result was one of the most romantic, intimate celebrations I have ever photographed.

They chose Eden Rift, the oldest vineyard on the California central coast, a 500-acre hidden gem. The two of them came from San Francisco and loved that it was close enough for their guests but still felt like a world away from the city. The whole design grew out of the vineyard itself, the change of seasons and the vines turning color, so the palette leaned into an explosion of deep, warm tones.

Finding the right attire mattered to both of them, and they made sure both their styles were represented, one in a sleek, glamorous suit and one in a flowing gown. They looked every bit themselves, elegant and completely at ease.

Those warm autumn tones carried through every detail, terracotta and amber and gold florals, vintage lounge furniture in the wine garden, and tablescapes designed to feel as rich and intimate as the season itself.

For the ceremony, Fleurs Du Soleil created a stunning site in front of the large wooden doors that are the iconic image of the historic winery, framed by elevated florals. With such a small, beloved guest count, every person was close enough to feel every word.

And then the two of them said I do, right there against those doors, with the vineyard rolling out behind them.

As night fell, the celebration moved into the pinot vines, where Belmont Entertainment had strung a breathtaking canopy of twinkle lights above a long candlelit table. Dinner in the vines, glasses raised, faces glowing, and a Tart and Tin cake whose ruffles echoed the golden vineyard hills. Joselle and Meredith, thank you for letting me document a night this magical. It was intimate and warm and unforgettable, exactly as you dreamed it.
